Control Your Thoughts, Manage Your Anger Easily

Control Your Thoughts, Manage Your Anger Easily
by Mark Goodworthy

Having to prove your point on something and wanting to be heard we sometimes feel there is a need to shout. This alternative of shouting or being in the state of anger will make other people feel bad too. Sometimes when there is a feeling that other people is staring at you, your temper goes out of control making you start a fight and your anger goes flying in.

At this time, I think there is a need to seek help and advice. It doesn't need to be a professional help but it is advisable to do so. The chaotic world that we are living in is making it difficult for us to manage our anger. That's why the introduction of hypnosis as a helpful way to manage your anger is well accepted today.

Anger management needs a lot of work and a lot of sacrifice. If you can't handle the changes that it brings then better not get into it in the first place. Being in the state of anger means putting yourself in the spot where people could violently be angry at you also.

Feeling very annoyed or extremely angry towards a situation without prior knowing where the problem or issue started is just an implication that the person needs help. There are some styles or forms that some professionals handle anger management issues that are so drastic in their approach and may only worsen the issue or problem. Keep in mind that these issues are very difficult to deal with especially if there is no one to help you control the situation.

Hypnotherapists have been helping people for many years with anger management problems and issues. They introduced hypnosis as a very successful resource to treat anger management issues. Hypnosis nowadays after it was accepted in the medical field as a feasible option for helping people to deal with a great number of anger management issues was also helping in some issues like how to stop smoking, lose weight, and gain confidence.

People get angry because their sub-conscious mind can't get to the bottom of the situation. It is an area in our brain that should help us resolve some issues like how to manage our temper and anger. Areas also like how to control and manipulate ourselves so we can be able to make the course of the day without being angry or being chaotic.

Preventing heart disease can literally save your life

Preventing heart disease can literally save your life. These 3 health tips are crucial for you ... regardless of your age
by Gary T

Heart Disease is one of the leading causes of death in both men and women around the world. That's a scary fact and you will do well to know how to stop it from happening to you.

Heart disease does not affect only the elderly. Scores of young men and women around the world die of heart disease yearly. They number in the hundreds of thousands.

Most of our young people today only worry about getting cancer or Alzheimer's disease, but heart disease strikes them long before they get to the age when Alzheimer's becomes a problem.

We hear about stories of high blood pressure, heart attacks and other such problems related to the cardio-vascular system. And the sad thing is that we tend to ignore these stories and then end up suffering from our ignorance.

So what can you do to prevent the disaster of a heart failure affecting you? Here are some things to look out for...

1) Smoking is bad for your health, period. Smoking is the leading cause for high blood pressure and its consequences are strokes, heart attacks, heart failure, damage to the eyes and kidney failure. It's definitely high on the list of lifestyle habits you should avoid at all costs. If you think that smoking helps you fight stress, think again. There are many other healthy ways to relieve stress, for example, taking a walk, swimming, listening to soothing music.

2) Drinking is another no-no. We're not talking about heart troubles of the romantic kind here but heart troubles of the kind that get you a resting place six feet under ground ahead of time. Excessive drinking raises blood pressure and brings the same unpleasant consequences as in Smoking. In addition to that, it causes liver damage too. While a glass of wine once in a while is probably good for you, excessive drinking everyday can never be a good thing.

3) A definitely YES to a healthy heart is to follow a healthy diet and to exercise regularly. Being overweight carries a huge risk to heart attack as fats can clog up arteries carrying blood to the heart. An overweight person can also develop other diseases that will make your heart worse off.

So there you have it. 3 common sense thing that you should remember everyday. Being healthy and staying healthy requires a conscious effort .

If you need ideas on staying healthy and losing unwanted weight, please go to my website and discover various tips and tricks on keeping that troublesome weight off.

Don't wait till a heart attack happens before you wake up!

Break Your Cigarette Smoking Habit The Easy Way With Hypnosis

Break Your Cigarette Smoking Habit The Easy Way With Hypnosis
by Alan B. Densky

Quitting smoking really is a necessity at this point in history, because smoking cigarettes has been banned from restaurants and other public places. And in fact, it is definitely the intelligent thing to do for more reasons than good health alone. This editorial explores the very best hypnosis and NLP methods that can be used to make it as painless as possible to break the addiction to cigarettes.

There are 3 individual parts to the addiction to smoking cigarettes. Two of the elements are mental, and only one part is physical.

Part A: YOU SMOKE FOR RELAXATION AND PLEASURE.

When you were an infant and you got restless, your mother would put a nipple into your mouth to pacify you. You would get distracted, become calmer, and often go to sleep. That scenario was repeated many, many times so that your unconscious mind was programmed: When something goes into your mouth, you get relaxation and pleasure from it.

Now that you are a grownup, if you feel anxious or tense, you crave something in your mouth for relaxation and pleasure - a smoke!

Part B: SMOKING IS A CONDITIONED RESPONSE.

Remember Pavlov? He rang a bell every time that he fed his dogs. After a few repetitions, all he had to do was to ring the bell, and that would trigger the dogs to salivate.

When you associate smoking with any other action, the other action will trigger cravings for a cigarette and an urge to light up a cigarette. This is called a conditioned response.

For example: If you smoke when you see someone else smoking, you will automatically get an urge to smoke each time you see someone else smoking.

Here is exactly how this conditioned response gets programmed into your unconscious: If a person smokes a cigarette and simultaneously drinks a cup of coffee, the mind takes a snapshot of the cigarette in the hand, and ties it to the cup of coffee. Thereafter, every time the person has a cup of coffee, his unconscious mind fills in the missing part of the picture. It flashes an image of a cigarette, and the smoker gets a craving for a cigarette.

You may be unaware of the mental picture of the cigarette, because it may only be at the unconscious level of mind. Just as you are unaware of what you are seeing through your peripheral vision until something or someone draws your attention to it. But the image is there, creating a craving for a cigarette.

Part C: THERE IS A PHYSICAL ADDICTION TO NICOTINE, BUT . . .

I've worked face-to-face with several thousand smokers and I give you my guarantee that the physical addiction to tobacco is the weakest part of the smoking addiction. In fact, I believe that it is only ten percent of the addiction to tobacco. I believe that 90% of the addiction are the mental and emotional parts! (Parts A and B).

HERE IS WHAT THIS MEANS TO A SMOKER WHO WANTS TO QUIT.

When you eliminate the feeling of tension that pushes a smoker to smoke a cigarette to create relaxation and pleasure (Part A) . . . and when you erase the conditioned response of feeling compulsions for cigarettes when having a cup of coffee, driving, or finishing a meal, etc. (Part B) . . . then you can give up tobacco without needing willpower, and without having to suffer from withdrawal symptoms or weight-gain.

Hypnotism can help trigger a smoker to stop smoking. Hypnosis will make it easy to give up tobacco because it takes care of Parts A & B! Here is how:

Part A is where smokers light-up a cigarette for relaxation and pleasure. It's your thoughts which create feelings of stress. More to the point, people persistently run mental movies in their mind's eye. If the movie is negative, it causes a feeling of stress.

We can use different NLP and Hypnosis methods to program the subconscious mind to quickly and easily take those stress producing mental images, and quickly exchange them for relaxation producing mental pictures and movies. This instills relaxation and pleasure, and eliminates the stress that triggers the oral urges and compulsions for a cigarette.

Because of the elimination of tension, the smoker who is quitting does not experience the compulsion or need to substitute food in place of the cigarettes. So quitting without weight gain is possible.

Part B is where smokers light-up because smoking becomes a conditioned response to many different activities and locations. Remember in the earlier example how smoking became unconsciously associated with other activities and environments so that each time you get into that activity or environment, the mind flashes an image of a cigarette, and the image of the cigarette triggers an urge to light-up?

There are stop smoking hypnosis, and quit smoking NLP techniques that can quickly eliminate those conditioned responses so that your subconscious will lose the cravings for cigarettes, and the compulsion to smoke. As a matter of fact, you can even get a compulsion to reject the cigarettes.

IN SUMMATION

In summation, by utilizing certain NLP methods, it becomes very easy to stop smoking without withdrawal or weight gain. And many of these methods do not even require post-hypnotic suggestions. They depend on programming the unconscious mind to use the same thought processes that the unconscious is using to create the addiction to cigarettes, to eliminate the mental addiction.

Get rid of heartburn- Heartburn Secrets Revealed
by Paul Davis

Heartburn is a painfull or burning sensation in the throat or chest. It is also known as Acid reflux or Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease(GERD).Suffering from heartburn can cause diarrhea, nausea, constipation, stomach pain, indigestion, belching, vomitin and headache.

In this article, we' re going to discuss how to get rid of heartburn. We will discuss a variety of remedies that will get rid of your heartburn.

We will be discussing the following remedies for getting rid for heartburn, baking soda, limiting foods, stopping smoking and alcohol, eating before sleeping and aloe vera.

Baking soda is the first of the remedies for heartburn which has great acid-neutralizing and should be combined with warm water. Firstly pour 1 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass and then add warm water slightly above room temperature until the baking soda is dissolved.

Limiting your intake of the wrong types of foods which are foods high fat, greasy foods and acidic foods. As when there foods are consumed , the stomach has to produce more hydrochloric acid to digested them , which increases the likelyhood of heartburn.

Limiting smoking and alcohol is vital to remedy heartburn as the nicotine in cigarettes causes the stomach to release more acid an it is required for digestion and this results in heartburn. Alcohol irrititates the stomach causing to be more sensitive to the acid that is produced. Limiting both of these will stop heartburn before it has the chance to cause further damage to your digestive system.

You should stop eating at least four hours before bedtimes as lying down after eating allows the hydrochloric acid to escape into the esophagus which causes heartburn.

The Aloe vera plant is a excellent natural remedy for heartburn that can be used to soothe an irritated esophhagus and strengthen your overall digestive system. Aloe vera juice is native to northern Africa and has been used for decades to treat heartburn and other conditions. 1/2 a cup of aloe vera juice should be taken (by adults) at least 25 minutes before a meal. Aloe vera should not be taken directly fom a plant as it may be contaminated only approved aloe vera juice should be taken.

Ways To Stop Snoring

Ways To Stop Snoring
by John Rodgers

So you need a snoring remedy to stop snoring, your partner has had enough of your snoring and you can't take the moaning any more, or maybe you feel constantly tired and realise you finally need to find ways to stop snoring.

Your first step is to identify what has made you a snorer. Common reasons for snoring include, being overweight, alcohol/sleeping pills, smoking, sleep position, allergy or nasal stuffiness. If you are snoring and suffer from the above then the first way to stop snoring is to reduce or eliminate these common factors from your lifestyle.

The next step is to identify what type of snorer are you. There are, generally, three types of snoring. You could be a "mouth breather", suffer from small or collapsing nostrils or be a "tongue base snorer". There are a couple of simple tests to identify which type of snoring you suffer from.

Mouth Breather - To test whether you are a mouth breather open your mouth and make a snoring noise. Next close your mouth and try to make the same noise. If you can only snore with your mouth open then you are a 'mouth breather'.

Tongue Base Snorer - Stick your tongue out as far as it will go and grip it between your teeth. Now try to make a snoring noise. If the snoring noise is reduced with your tongue in this forward position then you are probably what is known as a 'tongue base snorer'.

Collapsing Nostril Snorer - Looking in a mirror, press the side of one nostril to close it. With your mouth closed, breathe in through your other nostril. If the nostril tends to collapse, try propping it open with the clean end of a matchstick. If breathing is easier with the nostril propped open, nasal dilators may solve your snoring problem. Test both nostrils. Next, try the same test with your mouth closed. If you have trouble breathing you could be suffering from blocked up nasal passages caused by allergy. These could be brought on by your bedding, detergents, dust mites, feather pillows, pet hairs or perfumes.

Once you have identified the type of snoring you are prone to you can look for a snoring remedy that will give you a way to stop snoring.

If you have identified yourself as a "mouth breather" a chin strap to keep your mouth closed may work well for you. Alternatively a mouth insert not unlike a sports gum shield that prevents breathing through the mouth may be more effective for you, although you need to be able to breathe through at least one nostril to use this remedy.

If you are a tongue base snorer a mandibular advancement device will work well for you. These devices are mouth inserts like a sports gum shield that are shaped to promote advancement of the lower jaw, this in turn pulls your tongue forward at its base into the correct, quieter position. These devices, usually around the $60 mark, should allow for breathing by being perforated.

If you are a nostril snorer nasal strips commonly available at most good pharmacy can for you be the best way to stop snoring. Look out for kleerway nasal strips, snore-no-more strips, nozovent and breathe right nasal strips.

Using a natural herbal sinus/airway astringent spray made from the herb "euphrasia officinalis" aka "eyebright", tradename: Rhynil, as a back up remedy can further reduce palatal flutter and clear airways to help reduce snoring.

If you go through these steps you should find a way to stop snoring using a snoring remedy that doesn't involve strong drugs or surgery.
